Hi Sir,
My son is 2 yrs 10 months old, actually for the last 10 days he suffered a lot from fever, Doctor's thought initially viral fever and he treated him, but 5-6 days still he was getting fever every day twice and we were giving him MEFKIND-DS medicine.
Later we ran a blood test, Covid test and Urine test prescribed by our Doctor, then we got to know that he is having Urine Infection. He got treated accordingly now.
How to avoid these things?

it better that finally the reason behind is known and the baby will be treated accordingly.. 
give plenty of water , keep baby well hydrated.. 
maintain good hygiene.. 
wash at regular intervals using warm water adding a pinch of salt to it
