ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. calcium is not the reason. brush twice daily using a grain size if kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent. visit a dentist and get all the cavities filled avoid night feeds and sticky food like choclate chips and biscuits
