give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and if your baby is not gaining weight for last six months then better to evaluate once with your local child doctor in person and ask for food supplements and vitamins aftwr evaluation.
