#asktheexpert hi sir, my baby is still not even telling one word, also not expressing her needs or not showing any directions.. should I be worried if this?

Look is the situation where the child is not understanding or responding to anything not even a word not making an eye contact not responding and not giving any directions then maybe there could be an issue please consult a child specialist for further assistance
