it is recommended to exclusively breast feed the baby till six months..
then you can start with ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot papaya apple pear sapota..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
