#AskTheExpert hi sir is A2 milk and ghee good for babies and is it really very nutritious? and Ragi how oft m should be given I generally give 2-3 times a week.

A. a2 milk n it's ghee is good, can give ragi daily. Give 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks to a 1 year old baby. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form
