#AskTheExpert Hi sir, I'm mother of 6months 17 days completed boy. Would like to know whether I can give my baby cow's milk at this time???? And also how many servings of solid can be given to baby????

any animal milk should be started after baby completes one year
start with solid as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac khichdi dal puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota apple banana
remember one new food one at a time
