both things are normal .
to avoid or prevent spiting ,you should keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because while feeding , babies gulp air bubbles with breastmilk which causes it .
burp your baby frequently.
and please don't take stress for motions frequency because it is normal for young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day.
