#asktheexpert Hi once the baby turns 6+ months old, how many times one should give him/her milk and how much is enough?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can start giving formula milk to the baby. You can give up to three times and day and not more than four ounces in total. If you are giving cerelac to the baby then it is also included in the four ounce limit. Also give semi solid foods like bananas and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby.
