#AskTheExpert Hi..my son is 3 years old..he has very frequent dry cough and cold without fever .sometimes he get coughing fits..I have to nebulize him every month..his pediatrician thinks he has allergies .what can I do to reduce his medicine intake.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give her syp Septilin n wa turmeric milk on daily basis. Warm honey with a few drops of fresh holy basil (tulsi) juice and fresh ginger juice to relieve the throat discomfort and improve immunity.
