#asktheexpert Hi.. My kid is always under weight and doesnt take fruits in his diet .. what can i do to add nutrients to his diet? please help...

A. Hi Give more of protein and dairy products to the child on regular basis you can go for veg protein you can go for non-veg protein when you can include egg chicken fish and mutton for the child along with that you can make fruit custard fruit milkshake any healthy variety of foods that you can think of making for the child
