#AskTheExpert hi.. my daughter is 6 years and 10 months.. but still her wight is around 19kg..could you suggest me diet chart how to increase her weight..?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for her age and eating a healthy and a balanced diet . So not to worry about it
