#AskTheExpert hi my daughter is 3 years old and still we are having a problem in giving food. she is not eating on her own and we have to run behind her for an hour to give her food

A. hi parent no need to worry about this matter because it is natural please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please make different dishes for your child please give daily massage and sun light exposure
