Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. syrup to increase appetite you can give homeopathy medicine as alfalfa tonic.. you can give vitamin supplements as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric.. give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water butter milk..
