#asktheexpert hi, my child is 8 years old, after his milk teeth fall off again new teeth is not coming. even after 3 months it's not showing any sign of new teeth. please suggest.

A. Hi after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth can erupt within a gap of 3 - 6 months. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination
