#AskTheExpert Hi, My baby is one month old, he is vomiting a lot of milk in some of the feeds of the day, he is not allowing to give him burp also, sometimes it's in curd form and sometimes it's in milk form just after the feeding. we try to keep him straight for 20 mins in case he is not burping..Is it normal?

A. Feed your baby in a more upright position. Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.. Follow each feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position.

A. hi yes, usually it is normal it happens because of incorrect latching,fast feeding or overfeeding too so please make sure your child latches well please feed your child on demand don't wait until your child is extremely hungry for feeding yes, burping is important to prevent it so try different burping techniques
