Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. any animals milk as cow milk or Buffalo milk should be started for baby after completion of one year..
as first foods you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana cerelac mashed khichdi mashed boiled puree fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot apple pear sapota banana..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
