NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if you have sufficient breastmilk then better to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months if not then you can be giving your child infant formula milk which is an alternative to the breast milk and is absolutely safe to be given for the child
