#AskTheExpert hi my baby is 1y 5m old.. last couple of days he getting nose congestion in night only but no running nose or cold anything.. we r in Bangalore i gave cow milk past 2 weeks this is the reason and also raining here.. please give some remedy

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out verthe secretions very gently
steam inhalation will also be helpful in this case
if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician if any further treatment is required for this.
