DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he use to coughs 3/4 times a day so don’t worry just give him 1.4 ml syrup chericof three times a day and nasoclear nasal drops two times a day
