#asktheexpert Hi,My 6 month old daughter is having blocked nose and is very uncomfortable during the night and just keeps on taking turns on the bed and cries.We gave her nasal drops but that also does not help much.Throughout the day she is fine but only while sleeping in the night this happens.Please advise what can we do ?

nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator toguk take out the secretions very gently 
 steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition
