ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. if the periods are occurring regularly every month and only the flow is reduced with no other complaints then no need to worry for that are not treatment is needed just maintain a Healthy lifestyle with proper died intake and having regular daily walk

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
