Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. it may be because of some internal deficiency try to keep your child positive and Happy spend time with him as much as you can take doctor consultation and start giving some kind of supplements to deal with his deficiency and also try to you tell him not to do so with very calmness and affection
