#asktheexpert Hi mam,my son age is 7 years 11 months, which way is the better to give the pumpkin seeds,watermelon seeds,sunflowerseeds to him.

A. hi. .you may give it as a snacks aftrr roasting in ghee. . or can make its powder which can be add in mikk or in ladoos. o k
