NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer but if the child is active than it is usually not a problem and make sure to give your child a healthy and nutritious while balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry about
