AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can take Crocin if you are a lactating mother. But please do not take it very often. If you are having continuous headache then it is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise accordingly. Thanks and take care
