ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. get upt. any such thing needs direct check up and examination. that will help to treat. will need antibiotics too in to help better a d and prevent infection. try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better. periods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok
