#asktheexpert Hi, I need to ask how much should be a diet given to a baby of 1 yr 3 months old. Please suggest the diet

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! As baby is one + year give 3 meals (solids) 2 snacks .
Early morning milk
Breakfast - cereal based,egg, porridge/upma/Idly, ragi porridge,oats, poha.
Lunch/dinner - Mashed rice or roti with dal/curd or sabji with less oil, spices,dal kichdi/pulav/oats, Dalia , sooji kichdi with vegetables, soups.
Snacks - fruits, salads,milk shakes,poha.
