#asktheexpert Hi . I'm mother of twin boys. they are 12 months old. I'm started giving cow milk.. before that I'm using nan pro.. how many times should I give milk mam.. and they are not eating properly.. they always wanted sweet foods.. if I mix jaggery they are eating mam.. please guide me with this .

A. hi. .u may use jaggery. at yhis age limit mikk intaje up yo 16 oz per day , so that they must have enough room for solids.. t. c..
