#AskTheExpert Hi. I am 33 years old. I had got typhoid last week and I had taken taken all prescribed medicine and still under medication. I did blood test again and this time typhoid is negative. I wanted to know if I can include egg and fish in my diet now

A. hi yes dear you can include egg as boiled and fish in your diet but avoid oily preparation other protein source like dhuli dal stay hydrated eat freshly prepared home food
