#asktheexpert Hi i am 33 years old and last week i got typhoid as per blood and urine test. I had taken drips along with injections as per doctor suggested for 3 days . On 3rd day I did blood test again and the typhoid result was negative. Now i want to know about the diet. Can i eat home cooked chicken fish egg along ? Also can i take yogurt n curd

A. post thyroid do avoid non veg n heavy food. take small meals with high calories, high dense, high protein diet at regular intervals. The food should be warm, less spicy, freshly prepared with lots of fluids
