#AskTheExpert hi i accidentally lied on my tummy last night for 3 4 minutes am 24 weeks pregnant did it hurt my baby?

A. No dear would be mom it will not hurt the baby so nothing to worry but better to avoid sleeping on tummy as it hampers the breathing flow and better to sleep sideways especially left side take care

A. No mam it is not going to hurt your child but next time in the future you need to be more careful also if you are facing any discomfort or anything then you can talk to your gynaecologist one time but otherwise 3 to 4 minutes is not going to make any difference
