#asktheexpert hi.. Heli here.. I am a mother of 15 months old toddler, how much sleep one should take in a day at this age??.. he takes hardly 2 hours nap in a day and 7-8 hours in a night.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. maybe sufficient for the baby. there is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to your particular sleeping pattern if baby is otherwise active do not worry about the sleep cycle in the bab
