#AskTheExpert Hi, For how much time Pumped breat milk stay good?? as I will travelling and it would around ,7-8 to be back home. is it possible if i defreeze it and then yse?

Hello,you can store pumped milk for atleast three hours and after that it gets spoiled, secondly you should be not defreeze it as after this also milk will spoil,so make sure that you use it within three hours and if you are not around then give formula milk it's best to be given.

Yes you can give
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Stay hydrated
Burp well after every feeding
Take a good care of your baby
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables etc
