#AskTheExpert Hi Dr, please suggest how can I use refrigerated breastmilk while traveling for my baby. As I have to travel via flight from Bangalore to Chennai and then from Chennai to pondicherry via car. currently exclusively I am breastfeeding my three month old baby.incase i won't be able to directly feed him

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom U can store the breast milk at the room temperature for 4-5 hours. so in that case u can give refrigerated milk only once.. Rest u can breastfeed ur baby directly. Or give formula milk in case u are not able to breastfeed
