I am giving her panadol syrup from yesterday and fenistill from yesterday but still she is having fever running nose cough and continuously crying and mermering continuously from yesterday Dr. Now what to do to make her relax and comfortable. please advice Dr

use  nasal saline drops,  aplly baby vicks on chest back n bottom of feet.  increase breast feeding yior baby.
