Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This is diet related constipation ,first of all restrict milk intake to bedtime only, switch to solid foods.
Offer kid papaya, seasonal vegetables soups, seasonal fruits.
Give proper toilet training,avoid usage of diaper.
May consult for luxuatives.

Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder.
