#AskTheExpert hi doctor... my son 4y 6mnths he is getting penny swelling pain. This is the 4th time it started after 2yrs . Y it is happening what to do one doctor told about better little bit cutting penny and one doctor told no need to do like that u have to clean penny regularly. Please let me know doctor which is good y it is cmng
