NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the child is active weight is not a problem but you can engage a child in some sport activity or physical activity which can help reduce the weight and swimming would be the best option for the kid at this age and avoid any junk food and give healthy food in the diet
