Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My daughter will complete 22 months this 18th. She is currently drinking Nan Excella Pro stage 3 , three times a day. She is a healthy child who has no trouble eating. Should we continue the same or change to Organic cow milk. Which is better for her overall development?

A. Hello ma’am After the age of one year it is mostly recommended to go for regular cows or buffaloes milk as per your convenience so if you want you can switch to regular cows or buffaloes milk or organic milk whatever suits you and you can stop giving formula now as it is always better to go for the regular available things in the market so later on your child does not have any other issue when you’re travelling also
