#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, my child is almost 3.5 yrs old. he is least interested to telling alphabets or numbers. all he wants is play and have puzzle time. how can I encourage him to learn little basics

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. At this age children will have very less attention span. They will not sit in one place for more than ten or max fifteen minutes. So all you can do is teach through some fun play activities. If he is liking puzzles u may teach through them. Traditional method of making the child to sit and teach may not work at this age.
