#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor My baby is 8 months old so I am confused what time internal I need to offer her food.abd number of times. shall introduce packet milk apart from my in feed.

A. A typical eight-month-old baby should have three solid meals and two snacks along with at least two sessions of breastfeeding or formula feeding.
