#asktheexpert hi Doctor my baby is 2yrs 6months old and today he cried a lot cuz he was unable to past the stool and when he did it was light white pale yellow type in colour can u suggest anything

A. Hai good afternoon !! Baby is having constipation (hard stool)so unable to pass the stool. Do tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or castor oil gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction . This will relieve from constipation. Include fibre foods - Fruits and vegetables,cereals,fluids,adequate amount of water in which avoid constipation.
