#asktheexpert hi doctor my baby is 2.7yrs he is having constipation even if he doesn't poop for one day he gets constipated we tired every thing nothing helps

ji ,first i advise to check why child is getting this
1. due to low intake of fluids and fibers
2. due to particular food
3. stool with holding .
please dont force your child to use washroom ,it can lead to anxiety or fear for this and child start to avoid going for motion .
