Avoid chemicals.
Use olive oil to get rid of the lice.
massage your baby with olive oil on the scalp. This will help to kill the lice
Let the oil be there on head for 2-3 hours.
Then wash with any mild baby shampoo.
U can buy babyhug cold pressed olive oil which is pure and additive free oil.
Then use nit comb to comb off the dead lice
