ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear no need to clean a child's tongue . Some whiteness on the tongue is natural and does not interfere with feeding.
but if Spotty / patchy white deposits on tongue and all over mouth are because of fungal infection . This needs to be shown to doctor
