Bonnisan about 10 drops you can give in such a situation first check the stomach if you feel it is hard or your child is really stretching its body then is due to stomach pain only this medicine you can give and sometimes a child is hungry that’s why the child usually take a feed as soon as you offer the case of stomach pain they only get settled with the medicine
