A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment suggesn.tions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment.

A. hi dear mom.. vomiting post fall is.not good.. better take doctors opinion on same..let him examine baby and guide you accordingly..as without examining nothing can be advised on same. happy parenting
