#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, Mg son has light fever from yesterday as 99.4 and today has 100.6 and having cough, I given Calpol 250 mg 3ml now by last week he had high fever and recover within 3 days but again this week fever started lightly kindly suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. every child is having mild fever you can give Paracetamol to the child to reduce fever and if there is any other symptoms consult your doctor at once and get a proper examination

if the temperature remains 100f or above please consult your pediatrician.
at home
prepare decoction with warm water, Tulsi leaves, turmeric powder ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
keep your child hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maaintain good hygiene
