can be normal too.
reduce screen timings.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements.
consult some ophthalmologist for proper examination of the child

May We are child is a generally doing it just to you know come for herself but still if you feel that your child is having any issue that way then get it checked with an eye doctor because that way you will be sure about what is the reason behind it and accordingly you can act over it
